TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "CONDITIONS") set forth the compliance requirements for access and use of the course content service, certifications, consulting, and other services ("SERVICE") that Interactive Technology Group, Corp. ("ITG") makes available to the people (hereinafter "USER") through digital content and assets including, but not limited to, websites and applications (hereinafter generally known as "WEBSITE").

The USER must carefully read the SERVICE CONDITIONS on each of the occasions on which they intend to use the WEBSITE.

The use of the SERVICE entails the acceptance by the USER of all notifications, notices, regulations of use and instructions published by ITG. These complement the CONDITIONS included in these TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE and are governed under the same conditions.

The provision of the SERVICE is addressed exclusively to both visitors and registered users on the WEBSITE.

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

  1. The SERVICE allows access to information, content of courses, certifications, documents created by the instructor, evaluations, and videos, among others (hereinafter "CONTENT"), on topics related to technology and organized in different formats for use by the USER, according to their choice and in accordance with these CONDITIONS and the modalities of contracting.
  2. ITG may periodically delete, add or replace modalities, CONTENT and functionalities to the SERVICE, as well as new sections or offers in the different modalities that, in any case, will also be subject to these CONDITIONS.
  3. The SERVICE allows the USER to access the CONTENT for viewing, including facilities to store information and download, among others.
  4. The SERVICE has two options: (i) to pay the established price for a limited period of time and participate in the CONTENT, or (ii) to access and participate for free part of the CONTENT.
  5. The USER is aware that the SERVICE may, where appropriate, include advertising and accepts it freely and voluntarily.
  6. ITG reserves at all times the right to add, remove or modify one or more elements of the WEBSITE CONTENT without prior notice.
  7. Although the CONTENT available to the USER through the SERVICE using the WEBSITE is protected by technological measures of protection (SSL) intended to maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal information that the USER delivers to ITG, it does not guarantee infallibility of the measures.

II. LIMITATIONS OF THE SERVICE

  1. Availability of SERVICE. ITG does not warrant that the CONTENT and/or SERVICE provided is free of errors, potentially unwanted programs or that it meets any quality or performance criteria. ITG will make its best efforts to make the SERVICE available at all times, however, ITG does not guarantee the availability, continuity or normal operation of the SERVICE. ITG limits its liability for damages and/or damages of any nature caused by the use of the information contained in the WEBSITE or by interruptions or deficiencies not foreseen in the provision of the SERVICE paid by the USER to a maximum amount that will not exceed the cost from service.
  2. Use of the SERVICE by the USER. ITG is relieved of any liability related to damages of any kind that may occur as a result of the use of the SERVICE and/or CONTENT on the WEBSITE and made available to the USER.

III. TERMS OF RETURN AND / OR REFUND

  1. ITG may modify, cancel and/or suspend at any time, temporarily or permanently, on its own initiative or at the request of third parties, the periods of access to the SERVICE contracted.
  2. ITG will notify the USER of any modification, cancellation or suspension of the SERVICE prior to the moment in which said modification, cancellation or suspension must be effective. This change will not entail any additional charge for the USER and will entail reprogramming of a new term for the offer of the SERVICE. In the event that ITG does not communicate with the USER within the stipulated period, the latter will be reimbursed to the entire payment made by the contracted SERVICE.
  3. In the event that the USER, for reasons beyond his control, cannot participate or comply within the established time with the processes or stipulations of study required by the SERVICE, ITG may, at its discretion and for a period of time Limited, offer the USER any alternative access to the SERVICE that allows it to comply with the processes, progress and / or access required.

Possible causes to consider will be:

  1. Evidence of prolonged technical problems in the access to the Internet of the USER raised during the period of offering of the SERVICE.
  2. Evidence of technical problems directly related to the user's computer, software and / or browser that prevent access to the SERVICE and raised during the period of offer of the same.
  3. Evidence of medical problems duly certified by a licensed health professional and raised during the period of offering the SERVICE.
  4. Evidence of force majeure or fortuitous event (vis major) arising during the SERVICE offering period.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for non-compliance or abstention of the USER to the contracted SERVICE.
